Emerald Layne is the manifestation of not only Paula O’Neal passion for fashion but also her love of people and connecting with customers. It's this love for hospitality that has led Paula to a career in customer service. She has worked at a yoga studio, has experience in retail working at The Royal Standard, and can often be found at Phil’s Oyster Bar serving as Director of Operations.

Emerald Layne was named in honor of her daughter, Layne, who embodies the spirit of this retail endeavor.
